Complete Reference!

Since his original self was a Saurian that is related to the large therapods, I thought instead of having long white hair he would have feathers. (I'm well aware that some therapods are covered in scales like carnotaurus) Instead Of all white I thought about having the feathers match different parts of skin. Now the red white feathers were inspired by Turok, one of my favourite characters.

Now the biggest change is his wings and tail, I thought long and hard about changing them and again I thought about his relation to the feathered dinosaurs so I have changed them from webbed to feathered, Plus I thought they would be more handy than those webbings getting in the way when carrying his survival gear and clothing. (I'll do doodles on them when reference is complete to show you what I mean)
Now his tail, as fearsome as it was with a big brutal spike club, I thought about changing it to a whip tail to relate to his storm like powers. So when he whips, it would be fast and hard as lightning. It can also be used as a prehensile tail.

Size - Over 12 feet tall

Species - Saurian 

Age - Over 65 million years old

Personality - Acts mostly like a primal animal. 
- Very Cautious around new comers.


Powers - Fire Breath
            - Ice Breath
            - Loud Powerful Roar to blow away enemies
            - Healing Factor
            - Harness lighting to get stronger and unleash lightning attacks

Abilities - Super Senses
- Super Physical abilities
- Highly Durable Skin, feathers, horns, claws, Teeth
- High knowledge of being a Survivalist and Hunting
- Mimics sounds
- Changes color to blend in surroundings
- Can hold breath over an hour underwater

That's an incredible character design! :DAlthough I notice you've done a 3.0 reference of him. Do you still hope to do more with Saurgus in the future?
